▌Core Charging Control Technology

7kW / 11kW / 22kW Power Platform Support:
Supports common AC EV charger power platforms such as 220V single-phase 7kW and 380V three-phase 11kW / 22kW, suitable for home use, commercial use, parking lots, and small-scale operation scenarios.

Single-Phase / Three-Phase Charging Control:
Supports single-phase L / N / PE and three-phase L1 / L2 / L3 / N / PE input configurations. The electrical control solution can be matched according to different markets, product structures, and installation environments.

CP / PP Signal Detection:
Supports GB standard AC charging interface control logic, enabling vehicle connection detection, charging readiness judgment, rated current identification, and charging start / stop control.

Relay Output Control:
Uses high-current relays or contactors to control AC output. Combined with relay adhesion detection, output status detection, and abnormal disconnection protection, it improves charging safety.

Energy Metering and Billing Support:
Can integrate energy metering ICs or external meter communication interfaces to realize voltage, current, power, energy statistics, and charging fee calculation. Suitable for home energy records, commercial billing, and platform operation management.

Scheduled and Timed Charging:
Supports timed start, scheduled charging, off-peak electricity charging, and charging duration limits, improving user experience and adapting to different electricity pricing strategies.

Supports LED indicators, digital tube displays, LCD displays, or touch displays to show standby, connection, charging, fault, fully charged, energy consumption, and billing information.

▌Multiple Safety Protection Design

Leakage Current Protection:
Supports AC leakage current and DC 6mA leakage current detection solutions. According to the customer's product positioning, an internal leakage detection module or an external leakage protection device can be selected.

Overvoltage / Undervoltage Protection:
Monitors input voltage status in real time. When grid voltage is abnormal, charging can be stopped and the fault can be reported to protect both the vehicle and charging equipment.

Overcurrent / Short-Circuit Protection:
Overcurrent detection can be realized through current sampling, metering ICs, or protection circuits. In abnormal conditions, the output can be cut off in time.

Overtemperature Protection:
Supports PCB temperature, relay temperature, terminal temperature, charging plug temperature, and ambient temperature detection. Current limiting or shutdown protection can be performed according to the temperature rise.

Grounding Detection:
Supports PE grounding status detection. Charging is prohibited when grounding is abnormal, improving user safety.

Relay Adhesion Detection:
Detects relay status before and after charging startup to prevent abnormal live output caused by relay contact adhesion.

Surge and Lightning Protection:
MOV, TVS, fuse, NTC, X capacitor, common-mode choke, differential-mode inductor, and other protection and EMI filtering circuits can be designed to improve system immunity and grid adaptability.

Abnormal Plugging / Unplugging Protection:
Supports charging plug connection status detection and abnormal disconnection processing to avoid arcing caused by live plug-in or unplugging under load.
