Details Introduction

M.2 / NVMe / NGFF / SATA SSD Solid state Drive Module

▌Core Storage Technology

SATA / NVMe Interface Support: Supports the manufacturing of SATA SSD, NVMe SSD, M.2 NGFF, and other SSD modules in different interface types and form factors. Suitable solutions can be selected according to the customer’s system structure and performance requirements.

M.2 Multi-Size Module Adaptation:  Compatible with common M.2 form factors such as 2242, 2260, and 2280, making the solution suitable for industrial PCs, mini PCs, embedded systems, and customized electronic devices.

Controller and NAND Solution Introduction: Supports PCBA production based on customer-specified SSD controllers, NAND Flash, cache, and power management solutions, meeting different requirements for capacity, speed, and cost positioning.

High-Speed Signal and Impedance Control: For high-speed SSD data transmission, we support multilayer PCB design, impedance control, differential pair routing, grounding, shielding, and power integrity optimization to improve signal stability and overall module reliability.

Power Management and Stable Operation: Supports the manufacturing of multi-channel power conversion, power filtering, power-on sequencing, and power-loss protection circuits required by SSD modules, ensuring stable operation in complex application environments.

Testing and Aging Verification Support: According to customer requirements, we can support appearance inspection, soldering inspection, continuity testing, basic read/write testing, capacity identification testing, and aging tests to improve shipment consistency.

▌Manufacturing Process Advantages

High-Precision SMT Mounting Capability: Supports the mounting of SSD controllers, NAND Flash, PMICs, inductors, capacitors, and precision resistors/capacitors. Combined with SPI and AOI inspection processes, it helps reduce process risks such as cold solder joints, component shifting, and solder bridging.

High-Density PCB Production Support: Capable of handling high-density, compact, multilayer SSD module production, suitable for M.2, NGFF, mSATA, and customized storage board applications.

Gold Finger and Connection Reliability Process: We support gold finger processing, ENIG surface finish, edge beveling, and chamfering to improve insertion performance, contact reliability, and long-term connection stability.

Flexible Customization Capability: PCB color, board thickness, capacity configuration, NAND brand, labels, packaging method, and testing standards can be customized according to customer requirements, suitable for OEM / ODM project introduction.

From Sample to Mass Production: We support engineering samples, pilot runs, process optimization, and volume production, helping customers shorten development cycles and reduce ramp-up risk.

Q1: What should we provide to get a quotation and samples?
A: Please send us the Gerber files and BOM list. You are also welcome to provide any physical samples if available. Kindly include detailed project information. If testing is required, please specify the testing standards.

Q2: Can you provide samples?
A: Yes, we can. We always produce new samples for customers to verify the quality. Samples help confirm the design and ensure everything is ready for mass production.

Q3: Can you offer a better price?
A: Yes. We are a professional manufacturer with over 30 years of experience. With a strong supply chain and production capability, we can offer competitive pricing, often better than trading companies.

Q4: What is the estimated lead time after placing an order?
A: For samples, the lead time is usually 10–15 days. For bulk production, it is typically 15–20 days. The final timeline depends on the product design and requirements.

Q5: What shipping methods do you use?
A: Samples are usually shipped via DHL, UPS, or FedEx. For bulk orders, we offer both air and sea freight. If you have a preferred shipping method, please let us know.

Q6: Can I visit your factory?
A: Yes, you are very welcome to visit our factory. During your visit, we will show you our production facilities and manufacturing process. Please feel free to contact us to schedule an appointment.
