The system manages motor drive, status indication, fault detection, and safety linkage in one integrated PCBA solution. Built with a high-stability MCU, wide-voltage power architecture, and adaptive torque management algorithms, the board can increase shredding speed by around 35%, reduce paper jam risk by up to 60%, and extend motor lifespan by 2–3 times.

 

▌Core Technology 

Intelligent Load Detection: The control board monitors motor load in real time to detect paper thickness. Speed and torque are automatically adjusted to match the load, reducing stall impact and improving overall stability and motor life.

Smart Operation Control: A photoelectric sensor at the paper entry automatically starts and stops the shredder. When a jam is detected, the board automatically reverses for at least 2 seconds to clear it. For heavier jams, the board performs repeated reverse cycles.
