Methods of suppressing electromagnetic interference

Electromagnetic interference can not be completely avoided, but in the design of printed circuit board can take some measures to try to suppress the interference intensity, improve the unit circuit itself anti-interference ability, avoid or reduce interference.

1. Key points of wire layout susceptible to interference

Usually low-level, high-impedance end wires are susceptible to interference, wiring should be as short as possible: the input and output ends of the wire should try to avoid adjacent parallel, it is best to add the wire between the ground, in order to avoid feedback coupling. Parallel line effect is proportional to the length, according to the signal to the order of wiring, avoid roundabout interlude. Stay away from the interference source, stay away from the power line as far as possible, and high-level wires: when the interference source cannot be avoided, the wires cannot be parallel to it, the double-panel is crossed and passed, and the single-panel flying wire is transitioned.

2. Avoid wire loop

The loop wire on the printed board is equivalent to a single-turn coil or loop antenna, which enhances the inductance effect and the antenna effect. When wiring as much as possible to avoid the ring type area.

3. Key points of feedback wiring

Feedback components and wires connect the input and output, and improper wiring is easy to introduce interference.

As the feedback wire crosses the amplifier base resistance. Parasitic coupling may occur, affecting the operation of the circuit. The layout of the circuit puts the feedback element in the middle, and the output wire is away from the previous component to avoid interference.
