We are looking for a Product Operations Specialist to support PCBA and home appliance control board projects, working closely with engineering, production, and customers to ensure successful project delivery and performance optimisation.
Responsibilities
1. Independently manage product operations related to PCBA and control board projects, including gathering and organising customer requirements, coordinating with engineering and product teams, following up on development progress, and monitoring post-production performance.
2. Establish and maintain effective data tracking systems to support project and production performance; optimise operational processes and ensure timely execution of project milestones to meet business KPIs.
3. Continuously monitor product and project performance, analyse customer usage patterns and feedback, and conduct competitor benchmarking within the PCBA and home appliance control board industry.
4. Standardise and optimise internal workflows related to product development, engineering coordination, and production processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
1. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills; responsible, able to work under pressure, and capable of independently managing PCBA-related projects.
2. Good insight and problem-solving ability; strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams (engineering, production, QA) and external customers.
3. Passionate about product and project operations in the electronics manufacturing / PCBA industry, with an interest in continuous improvement and innovation.
4. Ability to prepare PRDs or technical requirement documents, and create prototypes or functional specifications; experience in electronics manufacturing, PCBA, or home appliance control systems is preferred.
5. Strong execution ability, adaptability, and willingness to learn technical knowledge related to hardware, embedded systems, or manufacturing processes.
