Work Location：
We are looking for an Account Manager to manage PCBA and home appliance control board customer accounts, building and maintaining long-term relationships with international and domestic clients. The role involves understanding customer requirements, coordinating with engineering, sales, and production teams, and ensuring smooth communication, timely project execution, and high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for product sales and promotion.
2. Develop and execute regional sales plans based on company targets, and ensure achievement of sales objectives.
3. Develop and expand customer base within the assigned region and build distribution channels.
4. Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
5. Visit clients regularly and maintain strong business relationships.
6. Plan and execute monthly regional marketing and promotional activities, and analyze performance after each campaign.
Requirements:
1. Diploma or above; age 22–40.
2. Strong work ethic, willing to work hard; passionate about sales with good communication, organisational, and planning skills.
3. Minimum 1year experience in sales (experience in fast food or beverage industry is a plus; veterans are welcome).
